Introduction
This guide covers how to install an SSL certificate in the AutoPilot interface.
Note: If you are using Cloudflare, you can download a Cloudflare Origin Certificate via the Cloudflare dashboard to install on your AutoPilot deployment. This will allow you to use the Full (Strict) SSL setting at Cloudflare. Cloudflare has a guide here.
Import the SSL Certificate
In your AutoPilot organization view, navigate to the SSL-CERTIFICATES tab.
On this page, your existing SSL certificates are listed. Select the green plus icon at the end of the list to add a new certificate.
Paste your certificate and private key in the below fields. Some SSL certificates include a certificate chain (often referred to as "CA Bundle") - if this was included with your certificate, paste it into the third box.
Select IMPORT.
Apply the SSL Certificate
To apply the newly-imported SSL certificate, navigate to the DEPLOYMENTS tab in AutoPilot. Then, select your deployment.
Navigate to the SECURITY tab of your deployment, then open the Application Settings dropdown.
Select your new SSL certificate in the SSL Certificate field.
Select PUSH UPDATE at the bottom of the page. AutoPilot will then apply your new SSL certificate to this deployment.
